What to Expect
For professional engagement inquiries, expect a response within a reasonable timeframe. The initial conversation will focus on the question you are asking, the documentation available, and whether documentary analysis is the appropriate approach.
There is no intake form. The conversation itself is the intake. Be prepared to describe, in general terms, the matter and the records involved. Specific documents should not be shared until a scope has been agreed upon and confidentiality terms are in place.
